Update - Mid-November

This is what's been done in the last few weeks:

• Colorbond roof and guttering - almost complete
• Rendering complete
• Plumbing and gas rough-in complete.
• Electrical rough-in complete.
• Ducted air conditioning rough-in complete.
• Gyprock ceilings done
• Brick cleaning - about half way
• Windows - almost done
• Waterproofing of wet areas - started
• Timber flooring - started 
• Internal Painting - started

Roof Framing

After bricking of the first floor was complete next to start on was the timber roof frame. The builder told us of yet another delay due to the T2 timber being out of stock and the carpenter not ordering it early enough.

Brickwork to First Floor

After the suspended concrete slab was poured they had to leave it a couple weeks to let it cure. The brickies were also delayed as they were finishing another job so it took a while till bricking started on the first floor.
